Manager - Marketing

Above 6 to 7 years relevant experience in Masterbatch Marketing for Pan India locations.

GM - Marketing & Business Development

Above 10 to 12 years relevant experience in Masterbatch Marketing & Tech.Services for Hyderabad HO.

Dealers / Agents

Should have relevant Exp. In distribution / sales of Masterbatches or Polymers on dealership basis.

Manager - Maintenance

Above 6 to 7 years relevant experience in maintenance dept of Masterbatch / Polymer compounding.

Sr.Engineer - Maintenance

Above 3 to 5 years relevant experience in maintenance dept of Masterbatch / Polymer compounding.

Supervisor - Production

2 years relevant experience in production dept. of Masterbatch filed.

Responsibilities:

  • Discussions and negotiations with goods carriers about shipment costs
  • Establishing and managing incoming and outbound shipping schedules
  • Managing the flow of resources and goods throughout an organization
  • Collaborating with different divisions within the business to enhance logistics
  • Supervising the remainder of the logistics team’s job
  • Supervising the process of importing and exporting a product
  • Coordination of manufacturing schedules, storage, and shipment of certain goods and commodities
  • Developing procedures and systems for scheduling and tracking of goods and distribution operations
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure inventory is properly documented and ordered, as well as to guarantee delivery schedules are adhered
  • Vendor management(Transporters) part/full
  • Contract fixation with the transporter     

       Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  •  Visiting customers for trials and new product development
  • Providing support to customers and preparing customer analysis report
  • Working in coordination with Development and QC dept for a reduction in complaints
  • Visiting with the sales team for customer support and service
  • Provide documentation required for resolving customer queries or support
  • Gather various application knowledge and give training to the sales team                            

Experience: 7+ years 

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas
  • Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions
  • Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility
  • Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs
  • Creating design projects and specification sheets
  • Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders
  • Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes
  • Testing prototype products for functionality, ease of use, and longevity
  • Resolving product issues
  • Overseeing the production process

Experience: 10+ yrs

Location: Hyderabad

(preferable candidates from the Masterbatch industry) 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily visit report
  • Conducting a new product trial at customer end
  • Responsible for appointing dealers/distributors across the Northern Region (not Central Region)
  • Build up a good relationship with all the customers
  • Understanding the customers requirements & developing new products as per customer specifications and market needs
  • Responsible for visiting the head office in two month for reconciliation of payment statements & meeting with management on new business development
  • Analyses sales trends, forecast demand & timely supply
  • Develop sales & marketing strategy to increase market share & strengthen product position in the market
  • Meeting business objectives & monitoring team’s performance
  • Carryout marketing & branding activity for brand building
  • You will be responsible for giving technical support to customers, new product development & handling the customer complaints

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat, West Bengal
