He leads Blend Colours and pioneered in setting up first of its kind manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh, India. After completion of his graduation in 1991, Sharad joined the business of plastic materials manufacturing in which his family has been excelling for over 3 decades.

He is the other Director of Blend Colours. He has completed his graduation in 1999, and since then has been serving the Company with visionary leadership and excellent guidance.

He has completed his Masters in Polymer Science from USA (Stevens Institute of Technology, New York) and joined Blend Colours in 2012. He is Presently handling Operations, and using his technical know-how for new product developments.

Director

Joined BCPL in 2016 after completion of B.Tech, Chemical Engineering from VIT, Vellore. Spent 12 months in operations before shifting focus on to Business Development in domestics market (India) & other technical products for the textile industry. Joined Indian School of Business (ISB) to pursue MBA with specialization & emphasis on Family Business in 2018.
